Double Fold Binder 1"
A9 binder. It is designed to create a "clean finish" by folding binding tape in half around a fabric edge while simultaneously underfolding both the top and bottom raw edges of the tape.
Key Specifications & Features
- Double Fold (Clean Finish): Unlike single folders, the 508LS ensures no raw edges of the binding tape are visible on either side of the garment.
- Mounting: It is a universal attachment that typically screws directly into the two pre-drilled holes on the machine bed to the right of the needle plate.
- not suitable for very heavy materials like leather or thick vinyl, as these can become too "tight" to pass through the folding funnel, especially in smaller sizes.
- Juki DDL series, it is a universal part compatible with most industrial lockstitch machines from brands like Brother, Consew, and Janome.
