The DPx5 SPI is a specialized industrial needle system featuring an acute round point (SPI), designed specifically for sewing densely woven or coated materials. It is the high-precision variant of the standard DPx5 (135x5) system, engineered to pierce fabrics with extreme accuracy to prevent puckering and ensure clean, straight seams.

Technical Specifications
The DPx5 SPI shares the same physical mounting dimensions as the standard DPx5, making it a direct swap for machines using that system.

System Equivalents: Also identified as 134 SPI, 135x5 SPI, 135x7 SPI, and SY 1955 SPI.
Point Shape: SPI (Acute Round Point). It has a very slim, sharp profile compared to a standard round point, allowing it to penetrate tough fibers without pushing them aside.
Shank Diameter: 2.00 mm with a round shank (no flat side).
Length to Eye: 33.9 mm.
