Titan 5 thread industrial Direct Drive serger TN-757D

USE: 

The new TN-757D 5 thread serger (overlock) is a direct drive ultra high speed overlock machine used to cut and sew (called overedging) typically on woven material.  The extra chain stitch that runs beside the overcasting threads allows for a reinforced seam to with just a little extra strength.  Ideal for woven materials such as upholstery, denim, draperies, and any light to heavy weight woven materials.

FEATURES: 

The TN-757D responds to various kinds of sewing materials and processes, producing delicate and beautiful soft-to-the-touch seams while further reducing operating noise as well as increasing durability through its direct drive motor.  The motor is attached inline directly onto the main shaft which illuminates loss of power and vibration though a traditional belt drive system.

With a completely automatic lubrication system, maintenance is reduced and production is increased.

The TN-757D is controlled by a control box that is attached to the machine and table that will gives the operator complete and full control over the top speed, speed curve, and other controls.

Blades are controlled independently and can be adjusted though a spring loaded slide and lock system that ensures a positive interaction between the moving (top) and fixed (bottom) blades.  The machine comes with an extra fixed (bottom) blade.

By removing either the left (outer) needle, the machine can easily be used as a 3 thread machine, which is commonly used on materials to stop the edge from fraying when doing a flat seam or blind hemming, etc.
