15-Ton Hydraulic Swing-Arm Die Cutting Machine

The Titan TN-15T is a 15-ton hydraulic swing-arm die cutting machine designed for accurate and efficient cutting of small to medium-sized parts across a wide range of materials. It is ideal for cutting leather, vinyl, rubber, paper, plastics, canvas, wood paneling, and light metals, as well as many other flexible and semi-rigid materials.

Operation is simple and reliable. A steel rule die is positioned on top of the material, the swing arm is rotated into place, and dual-hand safety buttons are pressed. The hydraulic head delivers consistent downward force, cleanly punching the die through the material and producing uniform parts with every cycle.

The machine features a spacious cutting bed measuring 30" × 16" (760 × 400 mm), while the swing arm provides a 15" × 15" (380 × 380 mm) cutting area. The arm pivots smoothly across the entire work surface, allowing fast positioning and efficient workflow. Mounted on heavy-duty steel caster wheels, the TN-15T is mobile and compact enough to pass through standard 32-inch doorways.

Power is supplied by a 1.5 kW motor operating on 220V, single-phase, 60 Hz electrical service. A built-in frequency inverter converts single-phase input into stable three-phase output, improving torque, efficiency, and motor longevity while reducing heat buildup. The motor drives a hydraulic pump capable of producing up to 15 tons of cutting force.

Stroke length and head travel distance are fully adjustable, allowing precise control based on die height and material thickness. An adjustable dwell (time-delay) function enables the cutting head to remain at the bottom of the stroke for difficult materials, ensuring clean and complete cuts.
