Tex 70 Nylon thread is a strong, inexpensive thread for bags, upholstery, gloves and other products where strength is needed. It can replace a normal thread on a household machine with minor to medium tension adjustments. It works well on upholstery and walking foot machines. Also known as Government E or CBB69, this thread has a break strength of 11 lbs and the minimum needle size is #110/18. Spools are 250g (8 oz/1/2 lbs). Black and white can also come in 500g (16oz/1 lb). Each 250g spool contains approximately 3000 meters, 500g spools contain approximately 6000 meters.
