Hey quilting beginners, do you know what HSTs and QSTs are? Half square triangles are used in over 80% of patchwork quilt blocks, and quarter square triangles are also handy to learn as they're used in many quilts too. Sewing machine and usual sewing supplies (machine must be in good working order and you must know how to use it)

Rotary cutter and small mat

Square ruler (rectangle ruler will work too but square is better) 6”x6” or 9.5”x9.5”

Fabric marking pencil

Fabrics Needed: Several small squares (10” or less would be good) of contrasting colours
