Bra Alterations Workshop - West 1
Have you tried bra-making? Did you love what you made, but your size has changed and it no longer fits? Did you want to try a new pattern, but it doesn’t fit the same way as the one adjusted for you in class? Do you want to take your love of bra-making to a new level? Now is your opportunity to learn how to adjust and fit a bra pattern! Any bra pattern. Take this one day workshop with Custom Bra-maker Michelle Noble, and learn just what adjustments are needed to make any bra pattern fit your shape.
Supply List for Students:
- tracing paper for tracing pattern preferably plain, no lines
- scissors or rotary cutter & mat for cutting out
- wash-out marker, marking pen
- Fine pins/silk pins
- seam ripper
- thread snips
- zig-zag sewing machine, foot pedal & power cords (must be in good working order)
- machine needles, stretch 75/11
- pencil, eraser, scotch tape and pen (for tracing patterns and making alterations to patterns)
- edgestitching or topstitching foot (optional but nice to have)
- polyester thread
- stitch in the ditch foot (optional but nice to have)
Students must have completed the Beginner Bra Class.
