Supply List:
sewing machine and usual sewing supplies (machine must be in good working order and you must know how to use it)
¼” foot for machine
fine straight pins
fabric marking pencil
thread to match binding fabrics
mat, cutter and ruler
6” x 24” ruler with 450 markings
9 ½” or 12 ½” square if you have one
small sharp scissors
Fabric requirements:
You will make several different samples. Small potholder size squares would be a good choice of items to attach the binding to. These would be usable items later. For a quicker sample, use pre-quilted fabric.
