A Featured Event

We are so excited to host another of Ann Walsh's fantastic workshops! Ann says: "Feathers are one of the most popular quilting designs, and one of my very favourite designs to stitch. They come in all varieties from simple to hyper quilted swirling motifs and once you learn and practice some basic feather shapes, there’s no end to what you can do with them. I’m excited to share my love of free motion feathers with you during this class!" The first part of the class will be lecture/demo style and then we will dig into the hands on portion where you will quilt out your own feather designs on a small quilt sandwich. The class sample picture is an example of what we will cover but bring your burning questions along and let’s have some fun together!
